Everyone’s favorite gym day is obviously Leg Day! Monday morning is the best day for it to get it out of the way and feel some great motivational soreness for the first few week days every week. Ready for some hot motivational pics to get you excited for leg day? For you ladies out there that just do cardio, stop only doing that. You need to build some muscle too. Want that bubble but? ok, well you need to do squats and lunges, and maybe climb some stairs to start.
